The deal, in plain language.

Tour Circuit is a members-only reference network where verified touring professionals share practical information and reviews about the venues they have worked with. We host what members write; members are responsible for what they post.

There is no open signup. Membership is granted by application and verification, and it can be suspended or revoked at our discretion — including for violations of these terms or the content policy. You agree that the information in your application is accurate.

You are the author and speaker of everything you post — reviews, notes, and other contributions — and you are responsible for it. By posting, you give us permission to store and display your content within the network, anonymously, as part of the service.

Post honest, first-hand, factual experience. Do not post false claims. The full rules live in the content policy, which is part of these terms.

Reviews display without your name. We designed the system to protect member identity, and we ask you to protect it too: do not identify yourself in your reviews, and never attempt to identify or expose another member. Attempting to unmask a reviewer is grounds for removal from the network.

Documents or photos you submit to verify your membership are used only for that purpose, are visible only to the vetting team during review, and are deleted once a decision is made. We keep a record of the decision — not the materials.

We may remove any content and may suspend or revoke any membership, at any time, particularly where content is false, harassing, identifying, or outside the network's scope. We moderate as a neutral host: we curate and remove — we do not author or edit members' reviews.

You can contest content you believe is false or unfair through the dispute process. We review every dispute and log every decision.

Content on Tour Circuit reflects individual members' experiences and opinions. It is provided as-is, without warranty of completeness or accuracy, and it is not professional, legal, or financial advice. Use judgment — the road always has one more variable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tour Circuit and its operators are not liable for damages arising from use of the service or reliance on member content. The service is the record of what members say — the member who wrote it remains responsible for it.

We may update these terms as the service grows. Material changes will be posted here with a new version number and date; continuing to use the service means you accept the current version.
